ESG has recently been awarded contracts by Catalyst for completion of Survey and Geotechnical surveys for the pre-design of new Optus Towers in regional NSW and Victoria. We will provide:
- Detail Surveys
- Geotechnical Studies and Surveys
- Lease Survey Plans
ESG surveying specialists have been working on pre- design surveys in locations throughout NSW and Victoria. Part of a $340 million national investment in regional telecommunications under the Mobile Black Spot Program introduced in 2015, a roll-out of new base stations across Australia will occur over three years, depending on access to existing infrastructure, power or backhaul. All three major carriers, Telstra, Vodaphone and Optus are participating.
As part of the creation of Lease Survey Planning, ESG can also provide plans of survey information and easements for rights-of-carriageway. This is a complex area of surveying, one that requires looking at specific land required that is part of a parcel and staying within allowable (or recommended) boundaries for the most effective, efficient and compliant commercial Lease of Land.
