Central West NSW has expert ESG surveyors in Dubbo, Bathurst & Mudgee
Major development plans are on the drawing board for 20 local government areas within the NSW Central West and Orana –each with their own unique environment and economy –and ESG surveyors are ready to respond to their needs. With overall population projections for NSW estimated at nearly 10million people by 2036, housing estates and developments are significantly changing much of the rural landscape.
Agriculture, mining and manufacturing are mainstays to the regions’ economy. A recent boom in infrastructure, housing and industrial facilities reflects new levels of growth for Central West towns like Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst and Parkes. In Dubbo, for example, development applications (DAs) doubled in value for 2016 over 2015 –worth more than $24 million in residential and commercial developments. (See the NSW Planning & Environment Central West and Orana Draft Regional Plan.)

Residential subdivision developments work with ESG surveyors
Land development across the Central West is part of a long term plan. In Bathurst, for example, the region’s population will grow by more than 10,000 over the next 25 years according to a Regional Council discussion paper and reliable news reports
In another growth area, ambitious housing projects around Mudgee are already underway with land allotments for Yallambee Estate, Caerleon Estate and more residential developments. ESG surveyors are working with a number of developers and individuals for land surveys, boundary marking, feasibility studies, easement and right of way surveys and a number of detail and contour surveys to comply with all regulatory requirements.
